SUPER BOWL XIII FOR PWS AT SUPER BOWL XLIII

TAMPA: Returning for their thirteenth consecutive behind-the-lines NFL Super Bowl, the Professional Wireless Systems team (and technology) provided a flawless assist to NBC, CP Communications, ATK and Bruce Springsteen for Super Bowl XLIII wireless broadcast production and on-field communications.

Ten PWS Helical Antennas provided drop-out free RF performance for forty channels of wireless intercom; 16 channels of wireless mics and 14 channels of in-ear units. A full complement of PWS GX-4 and GX-8 RF equalizers combined up to eight transmitters in each individual antenna.

“The Super Bowl is the Super Bowl of all live broadcast events, remarked James Stoffo.
“It’s a great privilege to be on the field during these historic productions. Having great companies like NBC, CP Communications and ATK select our technology for this production is the world’s best showcase.

Pictured on the field at Raymond James Stadium Feb. 1st are, left-to-right: PWS all-star first stringers Jason Eskew, John Garrido, company founder James Stoffo and Vern Sullivan.

Note to anyone who missed the game… Pittsburgh won.
