Vancouver, WA (September 30, 2026)—Vitaliy Belonozhko, founder and CEO of IEM manufacturer 64 Audio, is stepping away from his role leading the business on a day-to-day basis but will remain involved with the company.
Noting that he will remain involved “in the high-level, strategic decisions and initiatives,” Belonozhko said, “My decision stems from a personal need to step away from the full-CEO role and devote my primary focus to family needs. The intent behind this decision is to place an individual into this seat who has the capacity to drive the company towards reaching the goals and initiatives we have set, while accomplishing the company mission, vision, and values.”

In his place, previous COO Stewart Millager has been promoted to Fractional CEO. Nick Matev, previously CMO, has been named Chief Business Development Officer, and Filipp Sklyarov, previously Marketing Manager, has been promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing.
Belonozhko noted, “I am confident that Stewart will be able to successfully take on this new scope, due to his strong executive experience and leadership track record during his career.”

Belonozhko founded the company in 2010 as 1964 Ears LLC., and grew it into one of the best-known in-ear monitor manufacturers in the pro-audio business. Taking the reins, Millager stated, “In this expanded role, my focus will remain on our people, our customers, and building the systems and culture that allow us to serve both exceptionally well. I’m honored to help lead 64 Audio into its next chapter while staying true to the values and commitment to quality that have brought us this far.”
