Fits & Starts Productions, LLC is now offering a series ofchurch production workshops. Dubbed the H.O.W.-To™ Tour andscheduled to begin June 5, 2004, the workshops are dedicated to theworship audio volunteer who operates sound systems. The workshopsfeature a full day of audio training in a hands-on setting at a localvenue so that volunteers do not have to travel.
The workshop program includes introductory and advanced training inmicrophones, consoles, speakers, amplifiers, signal processors andmixing and recording techniques. Six sites are scheduled in six states:Arkansas, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, South Carolina and Virginia.Many of the sites also offer the workshops as part of their AdultContinuing Education programs so that participants can gain credit fromthe workshops.
