Allowing users to connect non-CobraNet products to a CobraNetnetwork, the Breakout Box features six fully balanced analog outputchannels on supplied miniature Phoenix output connectors.
All outputs are muted on power on/off to prevent system thumps. Aswell as adding CobraNet connectivity to Renkus-Heinz PN Series poweredspeakers, the company’s rack amplifiers or those from another company,the Breakout Box provides an output for the Renkus-Heinz R-Controlsystem, permitting full remote control of R-Control-enabledRenkus-Heinz amplification products.
The standard pair of RJ-45 Ethernet connectors allows for redundantsignal transmission, and two balanced line-level analog inputs areincluded. One of these can be used as a test input to the systemdriving output 1 directly, while the other can be used to return asingle signal back to the head end or any other location on theCobraNet network.
The 1U-tall unit has mounting flanges, allowing it to be mounted toa cluster of powered speakers, and an optional 19-inch rack adapterallows mounting in an equipment rack.
