615 Music of Nashville, Tenn. recently produced a new theme for San Francisco CBS affiliate KPIX-TV titled “Always Worth Your Time.” “This was an original score with a live percussionist,” says 615 Music president and CEO Randy Wachtler. “We wanted to capture the energy of some great footage of the Bay Area shot by Hothaus Productions. Dee Joyce and her talented creative team, including Chad Mallum, did a great job of getting us inspired to write music to fit these compelling pictures.”
615 Music also customized “It’s A New Day Today,” the promotional theme song for NBC’s The Today Show, for Milwaukee NBC affiliate WTMJ-TV; produced a new theme song for the Denver Broncos for Denver station KCNC-TV; and delivered a new election theme for Nashville’s WKRN-TV.
On the national front, one of the themes from 615’s Dramatic Drones and Beds sound library was used in the new Spiderman 3 theatrical trailer. The company also produced new topical themes for the syndicated series Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
