Japan’s Osaka School of Music Orders SSL Duality Console

In April 2007, the Osaka School of Music (OSM) in Osaka, Japan will install a Solid State Logic Duality console. As part of its ongoing expansion, OSM is preparing to open Sendai Communication Arts, a new center in Osaka that will be completed by April. The 8-channel Duality will be used to teach its music entertainment course.

“Solid State Logic consoles are industry standards and renowned for their reliability and very high quality sound,” says OSM Director Mr. Seiichiro Kita. “We have already installed seven SSL consoles at our colleges, including an XL 9000 K Series console. The opening of our new college gave us the perfect opportunity to invest in the company’s latest product.”

Established in 1986, OSM is part of the Jikei Group, itself a member of Community Colleges for International Development (CCID). The Jikei Group operates 47 schools throughout Japan and has in excess of 35,000 students.

OSM’s colleges in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka operate under the name of The School of Music and Communication Arts. These establishments serve 15,000 students and teach a variety of courses covering music entertainment, creative entertainment and ecology.
