All the new additions offer 32-bit audio conversion with Tone Shaping Preamps, Max dynamics processing, smart recording features, and integration with most DAWs. The new Tone Shaping Preamps offer three switchable “character modes” to bring familiar analog-style tones to your sound, with Warmth (Tube), Focus (Solid State) and Shine (British Class- A) settings to choose from.

All models except the Volt 1 Gen 2 feature a full-color Smart Display for monitoring inputs, gain, tone shaping and more. They also add Auto-Gain with Clip Protection, and can automatically detect mic, line and instrument sources.

The Volt Max models all offer Max Processing, with presets provding a variety of 1176, LA-2A, and VCA compressor emulations. The new models come with a passel of software, including UAD Volt Studio Bundle of 15 plug-ins, the company’s Luna DAW, Celemony’s Melodyne Essential; three months access to FL Studio Producer Edition and more.
All models are available at launch with varied price points: Volt 1 Gen 2 ($149 MAP); Volt 2 Gen 2 ($219 MAP); Volt 4 Gen 2 ($299 MAP); Volt 2 Max ($299 MAP); Volt 4 Max ($399 MAP); and Volt 4P Max ($499 MAP).
