Sennheiser Electronic Corporation announces the appointment of John Page (pictured) to the position of Industry Team Leader – Music Industry. Page brings more than 16 years of experience in sales, finance, forecasting and music industry marketing to the company.
Page is responsible for all aspects of marketing and distribution to the MI channels. He will serve as the pivot point between the factory, Sennheiser’s U.S. office and the marketplace regarding product development, distribution strategy, channel communications, strategic growth initiatives and promotional campaigns, while maintaining strong relationships with the key channel influencers.
Page is supported by Robb Blumenreder as product manager-music industry products and Dan Radin, product manager for Neumann, Klein + Hummel and distributed brands. Page reports directly to Jeff Alexander.
“John has the perfect background for this position,” says Jeff Alexander, vice president of sales and marketing, professional products. “First of all, he plays guitar, making him a cultural fit for the SEC band. And secondly, and more seriously, John brings a unique combination of strong sales management with a proven track record in team-building and financial planning. Most recently, Page was division manager of Parker Guitars, one of the leading suppliers of high-end guitars to domestic retailers and international distributors. Prior to that promotion, he also served as Parker’s national sales manager generating 89 percent in new bookings by developing 200 new accounts.
