Working Remotely – TransAudio Group Maintains Its Pro Audio Supply Chain Amid COVID-19 Disruption

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: TransAudio Group, U.S. distributor of high-end professional audio recording equipment, announces that it is able to maintain near-normal operations amid the COVID-19 global pandemic. Our hours of operation (7am – 4pm Pacific) remain in effect, and all office phone numbers and emails are being answered without delay by our team working from home. Warehouse and repair service staff continue to work from TransAudio Group’s Las Vegas headquarters while maintaining proper distance and isolation.

“All our manufacturers are still operating with at near normal capacity as they take safety measures with less staff on site in England, Germany and Denmark,” explained Brad Lunde, president at TransAudio Group. “Product is still shipping, however build and ship times have lengthened and customers should expect longer lead times. Since our phone system is Internet-based, our clients can connect with us as if we were all still in the office. We look forward to the day when we can safely return, but everyone should know that we are here, still serving the pro audio community through this difficult time period.
