Florida (October 28, 2026)—Clair Global Integration (CGI) has officially jumped into the waters of the marine market, aiming to provide large-scale entertainment systems for the cruise industry.
The new team is led by Mike Lacy, VP of Marine, and Jason Kram, Operations and Project Manager, and aims to provide advanced technologies for shipboard entertainment environments. Lacy brings more than 30 years of experience and is assembling a global team for the venture.
“When Clair approached me about forming a team for the Marine market of its Integration business, I knew it would be a very good fit,” Lacy said in a statement. “Clair excels in the technical engineering disciplines required across several entertainment markets, and this is a very exciting opportunity.

Lacy and Kram will put their backgrounds in design, engineering, architectural coordination, onsite commissioning, system validation and show-support environments to work with the new venture, looking to create reliable, high-performing systems at sea.
CGI has already become a qualified Local Entertainment System (LES) supplier and vendor for Fincantieri, one of the world’s largest shipbuilding groups, which has a network of 18 shipyards across four continents. It will also participate in the revitalization of Royal Caribbean’s Silverseas luxury cruise liners.

While CGI continues to invest in personnel globally, it is also strategically utilizing existing staff throughout Europe, as Jason furthers: “The Marine industry is very active in Europe, and thanks to Clair’s footprint, we have quickly become a primary integration partner within the Marine business on the continent. We’re able to leverage existing employees from our European offices, which enables these locations to directly support CGI’s Marine customers on a local and cultural level.”
