The Moss Brothers, teenage music phenomenon from Oakland, Calif. (you may have seen them on The Tonight Show), recently visited Ashkenaz (Berkeley, Calif.) to drum up excitement for their second CD, Electricitation. Ex-Metallica bass man Jason Newsted jammed with the Brothers at the release party; Newsted plays bass on the CD, and the Brothers recently opened the first three shows for Newsted’s new project, EchoBrain, on their first U.S. tour.
