Effective January 1, 2002, Dupaix Marketing (Salt Lake City) and Consulting Inc. assumed ownership of the TK Group, an independent manufacturer’s rep firm located in Bountiful, Utah. The company will continue to do business as the TK Group, with Steve Dupaix as president and Sam Keiser as VP. Dupaix will also take over day-to-day operations and focus on key corporate development opportunities. Both Keiser and Dupaix will be involved in all represented lines and will provide support and technical training in all areas of the business.
