Pyramind: The Institute for Advanced Digital Audio Training has expanded to include a 36,000-square-foot building in San Francisco close to its headquarters. The new space will offer two new classrooms: a large 20-student classroom with 21 workstations that will also be used for recording bands, guest lectures, and public and sponsored events; and a planned second HD surround mix classroom with space for 10 students. The HD surround room will feature audio and video production capabilities. The new building also offers a student lounge and admissions office. The school also announced a new weekend study program and certificate: Music and Audio Production Weekend Certificate (MAP).
