Phonic to Host Product Workshops at Musikmesse Frankfurt

Phonic Summit digital mixer

Phonic announces that it will host daily educational workshops and live demos for its Summit digital mixer in both German and English in Hall 8 L80 at the 2010 Musikmesse Frankfurt/ProLight+Sound Show, which takes place from March 24 to March 27. Dirk Müller will present workshops in German daily at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., while Jay Marino will present an English session at 11 a..m. and 3 p.m.

Attendees will be taught how to record, mix and monitor live using Phonic’s Summit digital mixer, as well as how to interface the Summit mixer with various DAWs. Other topics include industrial and live sound applications of the PAA6 digital audio analyzer for regulatory, law reinforcement, acoustic optimization and product development. Workshop attendees will receive a free 2GB USB flash storage ball pen.

Multiple demo stations will be set up with computer, guitars, keyboards, headphones and microphones ready-to-go. Visitors can test drive the new Powerpod FR Series of powered mixers with automatic feedback killer and USB recorder + player, the long awaited desktop software for the PAA6 dual channel audio analyzer, in addition to an assortment of powered mixers, digital interfaces, amplifiers, compact mixers, signal processors and speakers.
