Sound, Music Emmy Award Winners Named

Winners of the 78th annual Creative Arts Emmy Awards were announced this past weekend, including those in the sound and music categories.

Los Angeles, CA (September 8, 2026)—Over the course of two nights this past weekend, the Television Academy announced winners of the 78th annual Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Held at the Peacock Theater in L.A., the two ceremonies honored industry pros across a wide variety of categories, including Sound and Music.

The Creative Arts Emmy Awards will be aired in edited format on Saturday, September 12 at 11 PM EST on FXX and will be streamable on Hulu. The 78th Emmy Awards will air live two days later on NBC and Peacock on Monday, September 14, (8:00-11:00 PM EDT), and will be hosted by actress Mariska Hargitay.
