Audio-Technica has reengineered its UniPoint series microphones, including podium microphones, boundary microphones, hanging microphones and the U873R handheld hypercardioid microphone.
New features for the UniPoint series include UniGuard RFI-shielding, newly interchangeable condenser elements (cardioid, hypercardioid, omnidirectional and the new miniature-shotgun UniLine cardioid), off-axis rejection for improved gain before feedback, an 80Hz UniSteep filter for removing unwanted low frequencies, a two-stage foam windscreen and more.
