Nashville, TN—Harrison Audio has launched its Flex-10 USB/ADAT audio interface; the unit is built around two channels of the brand’s preamps with transformer saturation and Harrison’s HP and LF filters.
The two channels of Harrison preamplifiers, each featuring H-DRIV real transformer saturation, are described as imparting the “unmistakable vibe of the ’70s mixing console right from the input stage.” Harrison consoles were used on countless recordings, including landmark albums by Led Zeppelin, Supertramp, Nirvana, The Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson and others.
High-pass and low-pass filters, derived from the filters on the 32 Series consoles, are available on both channels. Each channel also includes buttons for line level, 48V phantom power, -20dB pad and phase inversion, along with two ¼-inch inputs positioned on the front of the interface for connecting instrument-level sources.
Flex-10 pairs analog heritage with modern digital compatibility, with 32-bit/192 kHz converters and eight channels of ADAT I/O. It may be paired with Harrison’s D510r 500 Series rack and D510UA ADAT interface to create a 10-in/12-out hybrid production solution.

A monitoring section provides two independent monitor outputs, each with dedicated level controls, as well as two high-end headphone outputs for dual monitoring. Flex-10 also includes MIDI I/O over 3.5mm TRS connectors, providing additional control and connectivity for drum machines, synths and other equipment.
Flex‑10 comes bundled with the Harrison Creator Pack—a collection of virtual instruments, plug‑ins, loops and samples from Harrison’s partners, including Solid State Logic, Slate Digital, Sonible, Loopcloud, AAS, Native Instruments, IK Multimedia and others. It also ships with a full license for Harrison’s Mixbus 12 DAW.
