Robin Ruddy (pictured) and Larry Sheridan have opened Music Row Realty, a new real estate company located in Nashville. The company specializes in Nashville’s Music Row, 12 South, Belmont, Hillsboro Village, Sylvan Park, Green Hills and surrounding areas.
“Coming from the music business, we wanted to start a boutique real estate company that catered to music industry professionals,” says Ruddy. “We have aligned ourselves with lenders who specialize in working with self-employed individuals, first-time home buyers and commercial projects, as well.”
Ruddy and Sheridan also own and operate The Parlor Studio and Best Built Songs publishing company, located at the same address. “We have a running joke around here about one stop shopping,” Ruddy says. “You can do a song search, record your latest project and find your dream home all at the same place.”
