Berlin, Germany (October 13, 2026)—ADAM Audio has introduced a pair of new DSP subwoofers—the Sub8 PRO and Sub10 PRO—along with ADAM Control, a management and calibration platform for the company’s network-connected devices, including the new subs.

The Sub8 PRO and Sub10 PRO sport high-performance 8-inch and 10-inch woofers, respectively, with fiber-reinforced paper cones and elasticated rubber surrounds, reportedly allowing for considerable excursion while maintaining mechanical integrity. They are both powered by Class D amplification that works with the onboard DSP, which manages crossovers, filtering and equalization.

Finite Element Analysis was used to optimize the curvature of the bass ports, aiming to provide consistent air speeds along their lengths, so as to lessen turbulence while allowing the Sub8 PRO and Sub10 PRO to achieve high SPLs.

Both models can be managed and calibrated over Ethernet via ADAM Control, the company’s new, free management and calibration software that aids in the adjustment of equalization, gain, phase and delay settings across stereo and multichannel Sub PRO and A Series systems. Via ADAM Control, advanced filters created in SoundID Reference by Sonarworks can be deployed directly to the DSP platform embedded on the subs.

ADAM Control thus offers two distinct calibration possibilities for stereo and multichannel systems: manually in the software at no additional cost, or the more automated approach offered by SoundID Reference.

The Sub8 PRO and Sub10 PRO include AES3 connectivity for audio at up to 24-bit/96 kHz. An XLR/TRS combination socket is also included for analog audio. For immersive workflows, LFE Mode provides a cutoff tailored to Dolby Atmos systems, while Wide Mode allows the subwoofer to operate across its full available range.

The Sub8 PRO and Sub10 PRO are available at $1,199.99 and $1,499.99, respectively.
