The Recording Academy, along with previous winners Patti LaBelle and CeCe Winans, past Grammy nominees Big & Rich and Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger, as well as multitalented newcomers Natasha Bedingfield and John Legend announced the nominees for the 48 Annual Grammy Awards, to be held Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and to be broadcast live in high-definition TV and 5.1 surround sound on CBS from 8 – 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
