Effective immediately, Quantegy Recording Solutions is officially discontinuing various magnetic tape product lines because of a decrease in demand for magnetic tape media. Orders will be accepted through February 28, 2007, and a list of discontinued products is posted on the home page of Quantegy’s Website.
Quantegy encourages all customers to evaluate current and future needs for magnetic tape products so that orders can be placed and production scheduled in a timely and efficient matter. Production is intended to continue and all order fulfillment completed by April 2007. To ensure timely delivery, Quantegy customers should place orders as soon as possible.
In recent years, Quantegy has achieved success with the FHD and Black Diamond family of hard drive storage solutions. Looking to the future, Quantegy will focus on the research and development of new technology to better serve its primary markets.
