Allen & Heath’s Irish distributor, Rea Sound, is involved in a new educational program called the Digital Creativity Truck, an audio/visual mobile studio bringing all of the features of a professional recording studio to schools and colleges throughout Ireland.
The project features high-end gear including a Nexo PS15/LS1200 system, an extensive list of rack gear and a 48-channel Allen & Heath GL4800 multipurpose console, all provided by Rea Sound.
According to Michael Glackin of Rea Sound. “When it came down to deciding which console to install, the GL4800 won the crew over with its versatility and, most importantly—given that it is being used for educational purposes—the ease of use for such a professional desk.”
