pigFACTORY Music Promotes Adam Wolf to Vice President, Creative

Los Angeles, January 6, 2011 — Independent publishing and licensing company pigFACTORY Music, whose roster includes recordings and songs by artists such as Fatboy Slim, Iggy Pop, and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, has promoted Adam Wolf to the position of Vice President, Creative. Wolf had been Senior Creative Director. The announcement was made today by Keatly Haldeman, CEO, pigFACTORY Music.

In his new post, Wolf will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and licensing pigFACTORY’s music for film, television, interactive, and advertising. Wolf will also proactively seek new songs and catalogs to add to pigFACTORY’s roster.

Adam Wolf first joined music publishing company pigFACTORY in 2006 as Senior Creative Director. Since that time, he has helped build the company’s synchronization department which has seen placements in such high profile productions and trailers as “Walk The Line,� “The Wrestler,� “Tron: Legacy,� “127 Hours,� “Hot Tub Time Machine,� “Cold Case,� “Entourage,� “Hawaii 5.0,� “Ugly Betty,� “NCIS: Los Angeles,� “CSI: Miami,� and “Guitar Hero�, and numerous commercials, including those for Lincoln, Playstation, Smart Car, Fisker, E-Trade and Rain-X, just to name a few.

During the past five years, Wolf has helped build pigFACTORY’s roster of songs and master recordings which started with a few thousand songs, and today is well over 250,000, featuring those from such diverse artists as Fatboy Slim, The Turtles, Tina Turner, The Dead Kennedys, Gemma Ray, Val Emmich and Warpaint.

Wolf began his career working on independent films and soon became a producer with director Christopher Coppola, and has since worked as a music supervisor, producer and director of films and music videos as well as various aspects of post production. Later, Wolf helped conceive and became VP of Music Report/TuneData, a company that was at the forefront of electronic music storage and delivery designed to help facilitate music requests from music supervisors and film makers to composer agents, music publishers, and record companies.
